These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by egoWP ("we", "us", or "our") at egowp.com. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
egoWP sells the egoBrand WordPress plugin — a digital software product that allows users to white-label the WordPress admin dashboard. Upon purchase you receive a license key and a downloadable plugin ZIP file.
2. License
When you purchase egoBrand, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the plugin on an unlimited number of WordPress sites that you own or manage
- Use the plugin on behalf of your clients on sites you manage for them
- Receive updates to the plugin for the lifetime of the product
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the plugin or your license key with others
- Include the plugin in a product or service you sell without written permission from egoWP
- Reverse engineer or modify the plugin for redistribution
3. Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your payment method. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy below.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with egoBrand for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@egowp.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
After 30 days, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with third-party plugins, or failure to read product descriptions.
5. Digital Delivery
Your license key and plugin download link are delivered to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. egoWP is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
6. Updates & Support
Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the egoBrand plugin. Support is provided via email at hello@egowp.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Support covers installation issues and plugin bugs. It does not cover general WordPress support or customization requests.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
egoBrand is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, or hosting environment. We strongly recommend testing on a staging site before deploying to a live client site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, egoWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of egoBrand or our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
